New Sun Nutrition Shipping Policy

New Sun Nutrition ships to most countries around the world with some exceptions. We will notify you if your country is on the restricted shipping list. The freight charges shown on the shopping cart are specifically for the continental United States. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. International shipments will incur additional freight charges, which will reflect actual shipping costs. Orders shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post are usually received between 4-12 business days. Orders shipped via Global Express Mail (EMS) are usually received between 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Priority Mail are usually received within 3 business days. Orders shipped via Express Mail are usually received overnight. In the continental US orders over 24 lbs traveling USPS will be shipped via alternative carrier. Outside of the continental US, USPS orders over 44 lbs or in some cases 66 lbs (depending on the country) will be shipped via alternative carrier. Orders received during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8-5 PST) will typically ship within 24-48 hours. The average transit time for the continental United States is 2-12 days. When ordering 50 or more bottles of FRS Plus additional freight charges will be added to your order. In the event an item is on back order we will notify you via e-mail, your backordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. New Sun Nutrition Return Policy

At New Sun Nutrition your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (original shipping charges are not refunded). The product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for customers within the continental United States, and within 45 days for international customers. Returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please call 1-877-FRS4YOU to obtain your RA#. When returning the product please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return, and your RA#. We do not pay for the shipping charges to return the product.
